I stayed in a Beautiful Platinum Room. The room featured distinct zones for sleeping and relaxing. The balcony was quite large, providing ample space. I enjoyed the rainfall shower.
The music by the pool was quite loud sometimes.

The hotel was very immaculate. I felt it deserved its five stars. the staff members are all friendly. i found the all-inclusive section of the app super helpful for figuring out where to eat and drink, and what times i could access things. the a la carte restaurants included in the all-inclusive package made a great change from the buffet. It was a nice touch.
we had a half term break with friends at the resort and overall, we enjoyed ourselves though it could have been so much more. i found that the service shown by around 60/70% of the staff was quite rude! they were unhelpful and surly, which put a dampener on the whole holiday.

the hotel has three swimming pools; one is for adults only. the gym is fully equipped; guests can continue their workout routines. a shop offers a variety of merchandise for purchase.

our room included a large bathroom with a spa bath and a walk-in shower. we had queen size bed. the rooms had a mini bar though water was charged after the first day; this wasn't great.

The rooms were very spacious I noticed excellent soundproofing too. The diverse breakfast was a definite plus extending until 11 am. Late check-out allowed me to maximize my last morning at the pool I appreciated this. I found the location quiet offering a peaceful escape from busier areas.
During peak hours I sometimes experienced queues at the main restaurant it was a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast provided a vast selection with top-quality hot drinks available I was really grateful. Dinner choices changed each evening including international specialties like sushi offering a wide range for all guests. The hotel staff were helpful ensuring a pleasant and clean dining experience.
